When purchasing gift vouchers: purchaser details, including name, email address, telephone number and payment method. If the purchaser chooses to send the voucher directly to a third party, namely the recipient, we will collect the recipient’s details as entered by the purchaser, including the recipient’s name, telephone number, email address and greeting message. Providing the details of a third party constitutes the purchaser’s confirmation that they have received the recipient’s consent to provide such details to the Company for the purpose of sending the voucher.

When joining and registering for the customer club: full name, mobile phone number, active email address, full date of birth, including day, month and year, and wedding anniversary date. This information is voluntarily provided by you when completing the digital registration form, for the purpose of registering you as a club member and making you eligible for relevant benefits.

When subscribing to the mailing list: full name, mobile phone number and email address.

When contacting customer service: the content of your inquiry and contact details, including email correspondence, messages or call records.

2.1.2 Information Collected Automatically

3.1

3.1.1 Hotel Operations and Payment Processing

To manage and process bookings for rooms, spa services, restaurant services and hotel facilities. Payment method details may be used to secure reservations, process payments and collect deposits in accordance with hotel procedures.

3.1.2 Gift Voucher Operations

To issue, manage the validity of and send gift vouchers to purchasers or third parties, namely gift recipients, at the purchaser’s request.

3.1.3 Management and Operation of the Hotel Customer Club

To manage the club members database, identify club members when making a reservation or checking in at the hotel, and provide ongoing benefits, including benefits relating to accommodation, LUSPER restaurant, the spa and the clinic. We may also process dates of birth and wedding anniversary dates in order to calculate, verify and automatically grant birthday-month and anniversary-month benefits, as specified in the club terms and conditions.

3.1.4 Customer Service and Support

To handle guests’ special requests before, during and after their stay at the hotel.

3.1.5 Fraud Prevention and Risk Management

To verify identity upon check-in, prevent credit card fraud and address chargebacks or transaction disputes.

3.1.6 Marketing Communications and Updates

Where you have provided your explicit consent as required by law, we may use your name, email address and mobile phone number to send you promotional materials, marketing information and updates on behalf of the Company. Such content may be sent by email, SMS and/or direct messages through WhatsApp.

3.1.7 Targeted Marketing

Likewise, a user wishing to join the Hotel’s customer club and enjoy its benefits will not be able to complete registration or redeem birthday or wedding anniversary benefits without providing these dates in full through the system.
