1. Use of the Website

These Terms constitute a binding agreement governing use of the website. By browsing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. The website is intended for users aged 18 or older with legal capacity. The Company may restrict access to certain services or suspend access at its sole discretion. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. User Representations

You undertake that the information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date, that you will use the website lawfully and not through automated means, and that your use will not violate any applicable law.

3. Reservations and Purchases

Reservations are subject to availability. Prices, availability and offers may change without notice. Orders become binding only after confirmation by the hotel. The Company may cancel reservations resulting from pricing, publication or technical errors. Commercial or group bookings of more than five rooms must be arranged directly with the hotel.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased through the online gift shop. Unless otherwise specified, vouchers are valid for at least 24 months from the date of issue and are subject to the terms stated on the voucher. Redemption is subject to availability and must be arranged through the Reservations Department. Cancellation of voucher purchases is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Provision of Services

Services are provided at HOTEL OAKS on the dates confirmed in the reservation. The hotel may modify or cancel services due to force majeure, operational requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Cancellation Policy

Reservation changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy and applicable Israeli consumer protection legislation. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided on an ‘AS IS’ basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for technical failures, inaccuracies, interruptions, third-party actions, indirect damages or losses arising from use of the website or hotel services. Images are for illustration purposes only. Smoking in guest rooms is prohibited and may result in charges.

8. Hotel Stay Rules

Guests must comply with hotel rules, respect other guests, protect hotel property and meet the minimum age requirements. The hotel may require a security deposit and recover damages caused during the stay.

9. Prohibited Uses

Users may not misuse the website, engage in unauthorized commercial use, copy content, reverse engineer, interfere with security, distribute malware, harvest data or otherwise violate applicable laws or these Terms.

10. Third-Party Content

The website may include links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for third-party content, products or services.

11-20. General Provisions

The Company reserves the right to monitor website activity, amend these Terms, suspend services, protect its intellectual property, correct errors, enforce its rights, terminate user access and update the website at any time. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Northern District of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
